My background includes a BA in Digital Art & Graphic Design, plus hands-on commercial experience building my own e-commerce brand, from hiring a team of eight to launching two retail stores.   • I specialise in branding and web design, which are my main areas of expertise. However, I offer a wide range of other services to meet the needs of my clients. I can provide assistance with social media graphics, stationery designs, booklets and presentations and also strategies on how best to move your business forward.

  • Once we decide to start a project, I ask for a 50% payment upfront to get things rolling. This upfront payment secures your commitment to the project, with the remaining 50% due once the project is completed and you're happy with the results. I aim to deliver quality work that exceeds your expectations, and these payment terms help make sure we're both on the same page and happy with how things go.

  • I design all websites on Squarespace because it strikes the perfect balance between flexibility, beautiful design, and ease of use. With its powerful Fluid Engine editor, I can build a completely custom site tailored to your brand, and if you need something more advanced, I can easily add custom HTML or CSS to bring your ideas to life. Once your site is launched, you’ll be able to update your content yourself, without needing to rely on a developer. The interface is super user-friendly, making edits and updates a breeze. And because Squarespace takes care of hosting, security, and software updates automatically, there’s no need for ongoing retainers or maintenance fees. You stay in control of your site without the stress.

  • How long it takes to finish a website can change based on lots of stuff, like how complicated it is, what it needs to do, and how big it is. Simple websites might only take a couple of weeks, but bigger ones could take around four weeks or even longer. Other things like how quickly you can provide me the content I need, your feedback, and if you want any extra features can also make a difference. I'll always give you an estimate of how long it'll take, and I'll keep you updated so we can get it done on time.

  • Changing content on your Squarespace website is really easy. Squarespace is great because it's super simple to use, even if you’ve not managed a website before. I can provide video guides that show you exactly how to change text, swap out images, and add new pages. With Squarespace's easy-to-use backend, you'll be able to learn how to manage your website and keep it up-to-date.

  • Absolutely. Every business is different, and your website should reflect that. From booking systems and client portals to newsletter integrations or custom animations, we can tailor the functionality to suit your needs.

  • All websites are built with SEO best practices in mind, from clean code and fast load times to mobile responsiveness and keyword-friendly page structure. If you’re looking for more in-depth SEO strategy or content, I can recommend trusted specialists or offer add-on services.

  • Good question! To keep the project on track, I’ll need things like your logo, brand assets, website copy, and timely feedback at each stage. Don’t worry, I’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed and when, so nothing gets overwhelming.
